Tarek worked on my car today, and did a beautiful job! Removed nearly every stain on my seats that was haunting me in my dreams at this point! My wife took her Nissan over to Fleet/Terrick for interior detailing with exterior basic wash.  Scheduling was pretty easy, and it was very close to our house. She bought her car during the 2020 Pandemic and never got the chance to get it cleaned. It was not super dirty, but it wasn't up to her usual standards either. So she said she is really happy with Terrick's work. The interior is spotless! Plus the work was completed quickly and at a fair price. We respect Terrick's time, work, and business; I will probably bring my own car by too. The only thing that wasn't completed was the exterior basic wash since the garage door for the car wash broke. It wasn't a big deal though, because the exterior of the car wasn't horribly dirty anyway, and she was more concerned with getting the interior taken care of. Plenty of car washes in the area to handle a quick exterior clean.

BE CAREFUL!!

I prefer to WAIT to leave a review so I can give a honest experience about a company after multiple experiences. There are just so many bad "detailing" car places in the area.

My REVIEW:
Fleet Details is THE BEST detailing shop in Rockford, IL. I brought my personal vehicle and they gave me a great value and service!

Not all detailing shops are made equal. God forbid you take your car to the fly-by-night operations who don't pay attention to detail and might mess up your car using the wrong chemicles. Or even worse, maybe they use the cheap chemicles that is harmful for us, our pets, kids or car interior materials.

Because of this I ONLY trust Fleet Details to keep my daily driver in prestine condition for work and meetings.

Fleet details does not cut corners on anything in all of my experiences.

They have a option for vehicle pickup if you want your car detailed but don't have time to drop it off. Or instead, you can also bring your vehicle to their shop right by Cherryvalle Mall in a safe area with nearby shopping where they have a nice sitting area with a TV while they work. They work fast and efficient.

My only "complaint" would be that they need a vending machine in the sitting area BUT to be fair, that has nothing to do with their great work.
