NOTICE: UltCRM respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy describes how copyright owners may report allegedly infringing material hosted on our platform.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material hosted on our platform or on a customer website generated by our platform infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notification in accordance with the DMCA. Your notification must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as the URL);
  • Your contact information, including an address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Submitting a Notification

Please note that under section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notification.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, UltCRM has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Customer Websites

Customer websites generated and hosted through our platform are the responsibility of the customer that operates them. If you believe content on a customer website infringes your copyright, please submit a notification as described above. We will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, require the customer to remove the infringing content or take the content offline.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
