UltCRM

OUR COMMITMENT: UltCRM is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to our platform and websites.

1. Accessibility Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, and more usable for everyone.

Our accessibility efforts apply to the UltCRM platform, the customer-facing websites we generate, and our mobile experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Keyboard navigation and focus visibility;
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements;
  • Alternative text for meaningful images;
  • Semantic HTML structure and proper heading hierarchies;
  • Screen reader compatibility with major assistive technologies;
  • Resizable text and responsive layouts.

2. Measures to Support Accessibility

UltCRM takes the following measures to support accessibility:

  • Include accessibility considerations in our design and development process;
  • Provide accessibility training to our development and product teams;
  • Conduct periodic accessibility reviews and testing of our interfaces;
  • Consider accessibility requirements when selecting third-party tools and integrations;
  • Provide guidance to customers on making the websites we generate accessible to their audiences.

3. Conformance Status

We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our platform. While we strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, we recognize that some content and third-party integrations may not yet fully conform. We monitor our conformance status on an ongoing basis and address issues as they are identified.

4. Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some pages or content may not fully conform to the standards. This may be due to content provided by third parties, legacy materials, or features of technologies that are not yet fully accessible. In these cases, we work to provide an accessible alternative whenever possible.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of UltCRM. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on our platform:

  • Email: legal@ultcrm.com
  • Include the specific URL or feature you had difficulty with in your message;
  • Describe the accessibility barrier you encountered;
  • Tell us the technology and assistive technology you were using.

We will review your feedback and respond as promptly as possible, typically within five business days.
