Yep! Your primary concerns being able to cancel and get the deposit back for us ARE major red flags! As a service & appointment based business cancellations are no good! In fact we've seen most cancellations and disregard of our time from people who put no deposit down, or think they're getting one back. So non refundable deposits are our policy for online bookings and we stand by that.

It's no surprise to us either that you think you're entitled to leave a review on a business you didn't even buy from. Considering half of all your reviews left for other businesses are negative. It's also no surprise you left this review with no context. So we'll leave it below. 😀

STEVE: "I was on your site. I went to book my service, and you require a $25 deposit. I don't care about the money, but it is a bit odd. I want to make sure it's fully refundable. I looked at your Terms and it says something about cancelling within "X Days". What does that mean?"

FLEET DETAILS: "That is correct we do require an online deposit for our online booking as it negates people not showing up, and leaving that time slot with no work for the day.

That type of thing kills small businesses, and costs us the money we would have had scheduled with a customer who actually shows up. Out of the 1000+ customers in the past few years you are the first to say it is odd.

If you keep your booked appointment the cancellation clause is irrelevant.. it’s suppose to be a deterrent.
